1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) of Sewing business s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) govern, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Contract”) concluded between the Seller and another natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) via the Seller’s online store.
1.2. These Terms do not apply to cases where the Buyer is a legal entity or a person acting within the scope of their business activity or independent profession.
1.3. Provisions deviating from these Terms may be agreed in the Purchase Contract. Such provisions shall take precedence over these Terms.
1.4. The Terms form an integral part of the Purchase Contract. The Purchase Contract and the Terms are concluded in the Czech language.
1.5. The Seller may amend or supplement these Terms. This shall not affect rights and obligations arising during the validity of previous versions.
2. USER ACCOUNT
2.1. Based on registration on the website, the Buyer may access their user account and place orders.
2.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide true and accurate information and update it when necessary.
2.3. Access to the account is secured by a username and password. The Buyer must keep this information confidential.
2.4. The Buyer is not entitled to allow third parties to use their account.
2.5. The Seller may cancel the account, especially if unused or if the Buyer breaches obligations.
2.6. The account may not be continuously available due to maintenance.
3. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
3.1. All product presentations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer.
3.2. Prices are listed including VAT and fees and remain valid while displayed.
3.3. Information about shipping costs applies within the Czech Republic.
3.4. The Buyer places an order via an order form including:
- selected goods
- payment method
- delivery method
3.5. The Buyer can check and modify data before submitting the order.
3.6. Submitting the order constitutes a binding proposal for a Purchase Contract.
3.7. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email.
3.8. The Seller may request additional confirmation.
3.9. The order is valid for 15 days.
3.10. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Seller.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. Payment methods:
- bank transfer
- online payment (Revolut, Shopify Payments, PayPal)
4.2. The Buyer shall also pay delivery costs where applicable.
4.3. No advance payment is required unless stated otherwise.
4.4. Payment deadlines apply depending on method.
4.5. Payment is considered completed upon receipt.
4.6. The Seller may require full payment before dispatch.
4.7. Discounts cannot be combined.
4.8. The Seller will issue an invoice electronically.
5. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
5.1. The Buyer cannot withdraw from contracts in cases defined by law, including:
- customized goods
- opened digital content
- perishable goods
etc.
5.2. Otherwise, the Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt.
5.3. Withdrawal can be sent to the Seller’s address or email.
5.4. Goods must be returned within 14 days.
5.5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days.
5.6.–5.8. (odpovědnost, započtení, dárky)
6. DELIVERY
6.1.–6.4. Delivery conditions, responsibility, and inspection upon receipt.
7. RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE
7.1.–7.6. Rights and obligations governed by Czech law regarding defects and complaints.
8. OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
8.1. Ownership passes upon full payment.
8.2. The Seller is not bound by codes of conduct.
8.3. Complaints can be sent via email.
8.4. Supervisory authorities:
- Trade Licensing Office
- Czech Trade Inspection Authority
- Data Protection Authority
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
9.1.–9.9. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws.
Includes:
- name, address, email, phone
- processing for contract and marketing
- right to request correction or deletion
10. MARKETING COMMUNICATION AND COOKIES
10.1. The Buyer agrees to receive marketing emails.
10.2. The Buyer agrees to cookies unless disabled.
11. DELIVERY OF NOTICES
11.1.–11.3. Communication via post or email.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1. Czech law applies.
12.2. Invalid provisions do not affect others.
12.3. The contract is stored electronically.
12.4. Withdrawal form is attached.
13. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1. Disputes will primarily be resolved out of court (ADR).
