No stress – you can restore access to them in a few seconds.

How to access patterns:

1. 👉 Click on My Courses / Log In
2. 👉 Log in with the email you used to purchase the pattern.
3. 👉 In your account, open the My Patterns link and download the PDF.

Common reasons why patterns "disappeared"

• ❌ Different email – Did you order from a different email (e.g., company email)? Log in with the email stated in the order confirmation.
• ❌ Apple "hid your email" – Log in with the masked email from the confirmation. This is common with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• ❌ Can't find the email with the code? – Check your Spam / Promotions folders and search for "Šibabi".
• ❌ Purchased before 1.12.2025 - All patterns purchased before 1.12.2025 are not synchronized with the new system we use. Unfortunately, we are unable to restore these items to your accounts.
